Jinling Petrochemical Company was founded in January 1982, is one of the important petrochemical production bases in China.

After years of construction and development, Jinling Petrochemical has become a ten million-ton oil refining bases, and it is one of the eight high-sulfur crude oil processing base and nine Sinopec's crude oil imports base in China, with 13.5 million tons / year of crude oil processing capacity and 210,000 tons / year of synthetic ammonia, 365,000 tons / year of urea production capacity, as well as supporting the production of petrochemicals 200,000 kilowatts thermal power generating units.
